Pre-Qualifying - we begin by obtaining a full scope of the profile for the open position including: skill sets, qualifications and compensation budget

Plan - we then develop a strategic recruiting plan based on your priorities

Research - once a plan is developed we engage our consultants in the search process by screening and interviewing candidates that meet your criteria

Resumes - we will present resumes to you once we have secured viable qualified candidates

Scheduling - we will take care of all scheduling matters regarding phone and face-to-face interviews throughout the entire process

Debrief - once interviews are completed we will debrief both parties to ensure we've delivered you the "ideal" candidate for the position

References - we will conduct confidential reference checks and present them upon request

Offer - we will help you gather all the information needed to deliver an acceptable offer and help to negotiate any terms during the process

Start Date - a final offer is accepted and signed by the candidate with a start date that is determined by both parties

Follow up - we will continue to provide you any information needed prior to the candidate's start date and after
